Terms and conditions: Instagram prize draw to win a Joint Adult Kew Membership
1. To enter, reply to the Kew Gardens ‘Win a Joint Adult Kew Membership Prize Draw' post submitting your answer to the question posed in the Prize Draw Post. All answers will go into the running to win a prize.
2. Kew Gardens will post a total of one Prize Draw Post across the course of the prize draw.
3. Any instructions provided in the Prize Draw Post form part of the terms and conditions of the Prize Draw, but in the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.
4. Employees of Kew (including Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, Kew Enterprises, Kew Foundation) and their immediate family are not eligible to enter.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6. Failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. The promoter reserves the right to reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the prize draw.
7. The prize draw will run between 14 - 18 February 2024.
8. Entrants can submit their answers as soon as Kew Gardens posts the Prize Draw Post. The closing time for entries will be stated in the relevant Prize Draw Post.
9. 3 winners will be drawn at random from all entries to the question posed in the Prize Draw Post.
10. The draw of the prize winners will take place within 72 hours of the closing date specified in the relevant Prize Draw Post, and the winners are alerted within this time.
11. The winners will be notified on Instagram and Kew Gardens will respond to their answer on the Prize Draw Post, telling them that they have won and ask them to contact Kew Gardens via direct message to arrange the delivery of their prize.
12. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Kew reserves the right to reallocate the prize by drawing a replacement winner from the remaining entries for the respective Prize Draw Post.
13. Each winner will receive a Joint Adult Kew Membership.
14. The winner's name may also be published on Kew Gardens' social media profiles, subject to the winner objecting to such publication to safeguard their right to privacy.
15. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
